-Technically, the egg came first. Dinosaurs laid eggs and dinosaurs came before chickens (sorry, Creationists). Now, the
question is whether or not the dinosaur came before the egg (and I'm not telling you the answer to that, so there).
-Since the chicken evolved from a different species, the egg came first. However, since I don't believe in evolution, just
let me say that the chicken was something I cooked up.
-The chicken.
-To tell you the truth, I've been in this business for so long I've lost track of what came before what.
-The egg! The amniotic egg (though not a chicken egg) was around on earth thousands of years before the chicken ever
evolved.
-The chicken. How could an egg hatch without a warm mother to sit on it?
-I came first.
